BE A VACCINE WARRIOR AND WIN!

• Competition starts at 12.00am February 21, 2022, and ends at 11.59pm on June 30, 2022, at 11.50pm.
• The winners will be announced on Friday, July 12, 2022, virtually to conclude NAIDOC Week. This may be subject to change.
• Five Nintendo Switch consoles will be awarded. The model of console is subject to change and will either be a Nintendo Switch Console OLED Model White or Nintendo Switch Console OLED Model Neon. 
• 1 x Batemans Bay, 1 x Narooma, 1 x Bega, 1 Wallaga Lake outreach, 1 x Eden outreach.
•  Consoles, vouchers, or any other related prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the full value of the prize. 
• The redemption date of the voucher is subject to change and will be nominated by Harvey Norman. 
• To redeem a voucher, visit any participating EB Games store.

All participants must:

• be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
• identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• be an individual aged between 5 and 18 years or old at the time the entry form is submitted. No group entries will be accepted.
• when under the age of 18, have an adult parent/guardian give their consent by stating their own name on behalf of the entrant to indicate their agreement with these terms and conditions.
• receive at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
• entrants will receive one entry to the competition if they have received one dose of the vaccine. 
• entrants will receive three entries into the competition if they have received two doses of the vaccine. 
• entrants will receive three entries into the competition if they have received a third dose (12+ immunocompromised only).
• entrants will receive four entries into the competition if they have received a booster (16+ only).  
• only one vaccine may be recorded per entry form.
• you must be able to prove that you have received your vaccine.
• Katungul clients who received a Covid vaccine prior to competition start date may enter, ensuring they include the date of their vaccine appointment.
