Sponsorship Policy

Policy for obtaining sponsorship, grants or donations.

PURPOSE 

Katungul ACRH&CS exists to support the health and welfare of the Aboriginal community . It is our intention to support the community in activities that promote health and wellbeing. This Policy sets out how and when we will provide this support.

ELIGIBILITY

SPONSORSHIP AND GRANTS
  • Sporting teams or clubs may apply for sponsorship and grants. A minimum 50% of team or club members must be current members of Katungul ACRH&CS 
    • Katungul ACRH&CS' name and logo are to appear on club shirts or advertising.
    • Team members are to present at Katungul ACRH&CS for health checks, or
    • Team members are to attend community days representing their team and Katungul ACRH&CS in promoting positive attitudes to sport, health and wellbeing.
COMMUNITY ORGANISATION DONATIONS
  • Community organisations may apply for a donation. A minimum of 50% of the organisation's members must be current members of Katungul ACRH&CS.
    • Organisation members are to present at Katungul ACRH&CS for health checks, or
    • Organisation members are to attend community days representing their organisation and Katungul ACRH&CS in promoting positive attitudes to health and wellbeing.
  • The team, club or community organisation must submit an application on the attached form and include a written proposal for what they intend doing to promote themselves and Katungul ACRH&CS.

AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE

Sporting teams may receive up to $1,500 sponsorship. Individuals may receive up to $250 sponsorship Sporting clubs may receive up to a $5,000 grant .
The amount that may be received as a donation by community organisations is determined by Katungul ACRH&CS annual budget for donations and is at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer

APPROVAL

Final decisions on eligibility and the amount of assistance provided will be made by the Chief Executive Officer of Katungul ACRH&CS. The CEO will update Directors at the next business meeting if any donations are made.
